These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of vitthalmirji.com (Website) and the purchase of services from VITTAL MIRJI (we, us, our).

By accessing this Website or paying an invoice/payment link, you agree to these Terms.

Technical consulting services. No physical goods. No restricted categories.

2. Services we provide

We provide consulting and training/learning services in areas such as data engineering, software architecture, and related technical advisory (Services).

Deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing (email, proposal, statement of work, or invoice description) before work begins.

3. Payments

Payments may be collected online using payment methods offered by our payment service provider (for example, cards, UPI, netbanking).

  • Payments are processed through a payment gateway/aggregator and its partner acquiring banks/payment networks, as applicable.
  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Current provider (as of today): Cashfree & PayU.

Payment gateway usage is limited to consulting and training/learning services listed on the website.

If a payment fails but your account is debited, the reversal/refund may be handled by the bank/payment system as per their timelines.

4. Invoices, taxes, and receipts

  • Invoices describe the scope, fee, and due date.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • A payment confirmation/receipt may be issued electronically.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver the Services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to systems/materials (where relevant).
  • Review deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
  • Use recommendations responsibly and in compliance with your internal policies and applicable law.

6. No prohibited use

You may not use our Website or payment links for any unlawful purpose, or for products/services that are banned or restricted under the payment gateway or applicable law. We provide consulting services only.

7. Intellectual property

  • Pre-existing tools, templates, code snippets, frameworks, and know-how we bring remain ours.
  • Work product created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement may be licensed or assigned as stated in the proposal/invoice/email agreement.

If you share confidential information, we will use it only to provide the Services and will take reasonable steps to protect it. Do not share credentials or secrets unless explicitly required and agreed.

9. Disclaimers

We provide consulting and advisory services. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Except where prohibited by law, we do not guarantee specific results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim.

11. Disputes, chargebacks, and evidence

Card payments may allow customers to raise disputes/chargebacks through their bank. If a dispute arises, you agree to cooperate in good faith, and we may provide documentation such as invoices, written scope, delivery evidence (emails, meeting notes), and timelines to the payment processor/bank.
