1. No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally (email, documents, or video calls).

• If no timeline is specified, we confirm the schedule within 2 business days of payment.
• For one-off sessions, scheduling is typically within 7 business days, subject to mutual availability.
