1. One-off sessions

• You can cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are treated as a delivered session, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Project engagements

• Cancellation must be communicated in writing (email is fine).
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
• Any unused prepaid amount may be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

3. Monthly and yearly subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.
• Access and support continue until the end of the paid period.
• Unused hours do not carry forward unless agreed in writing.
• No prorated refunds unless required by law.
